All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend, substitute, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in appearance, texture, and colour may occur.
3. ALLERGY & FOOD DISCLAIMER
Our products are prepared in environments that handle allergens.
Products contain milk
May contain traces of nuts, gluten, and soy
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product information before purchase. SWEEBO accepts no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided.
4. STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
To maintain product quality:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Avoid exposure to heat or moisture
Best consumed within 10–14 days of delivery
We are not responsible for any deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment providers.
6. ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a refund or replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and photographic evidence
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
9. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWEEBO shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays outside of our control
Incorrect use or storage of products
Allergic reactions where clear allergen information has been provided
